Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and with all tags attached.

  • Original packaging must be included.

  • Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

 

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at hello@co-creativemarketing.com.

  2. In your email, please include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Product name(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • Reason for return or exchange (if applicable)

    • Specify if you prefer a refund or replacement (depending on stock availability)

 

Product Inspection

Our team may request photographs or other evidence to assess the condition of the item before approving your return request.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery – we’re happy to facilitate this through our couriers.

  • Co-Creative Marketing cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Upon approval of your return request, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s) using your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.

  • If you request a replacement, we will fulfill it based on stock availability.
